You may return unopened and unused items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to us. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. You may not return e-juice, liquid products or opened cartridges for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON REFUNDABLE.
Ecigarettes are consumable products just like real cigarettes. Continuing to use the ecig will require replacing atomizers, batteries, and e-liquids, just as if you were smoking real cigarettes. Most users save about 50% or more when compared to traditional cigarette smoking.
Atomizers: Atomizers require replacement depending on how much you use your e-cigarette. The average user will go through 2-4 atomizers per month. Atomizers are warranted for 7 days (Unless stated otherwise on the product page) from date of delivery. The way your atomizer tastes is out of our control, therefore, any complaints related to taste are not warranted.
We may charge a 20% restocking fee if the original packaging is not in brand new condition.
If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. For example, if you received free shipping, but it cost us $5.99 to ship the product to you, we will deduct $5.99 from your refund. This may be higher or lower depending on the weight. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
If you would like to return a product for a refund, please contact us immediately. Please provide as many details as possible, including ORDER#, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return.
Also, you MUST ship in a bubble mailer or suitable packaging so that the package arrives intact. If it is NOT PROTECTED and we receive damaged product, you will NOT GET A REFUND. You will be given the option to pay for shipping of damaged product back to you. USPS has sorting machines that will mutilate envelopes. We cannot be responsible if the package was not sent with adequate protection.

Due to state regulations we do not ship states with a vape ban including: Louisiana, Maine, Mass., New Hampshire, New York, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Arkansas, Maryland and California.
Currently, we do not ship internationally, we only ship to the United States. If an order is placed with an address outside of the United States, a refund will be issued as soon as possible. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.
Due to new PACT ACT requirements all orders will now require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery. Shipping rates have now increased to $13.99 for orders under $75. Orders will be shipped priority mail. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.
Any Orders returned back to us will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
All electronic cigarette starter kits, atomizers, and batteries come with a 14 day warranty (Unless otherwise specified in the product page, occasionally we may have new products that we offer at a greatly reduced discount, in that case, the warranty information on that product page applies). In the event you require warranty service, please contact us with the details. Please include what is wrong with your item. The customer is responsible for the shipping expenses. We require that you ship your returns via USPS with tracking, in a protective box to ensure further damage does not occur. We will test your item. If we find that there was nothing wrong with the item you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the item is in fact defective or malfunctioning, we will ship back a new item at our expense.
The 14 day warranty starts from receipt of the original item ordered, and does not get extended with replacements. Please note that Ecigarette components are consumable and therefor have a limited lifespan. When compared to smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes offer a significant yearly savings.
